We at HCTI provide specialized custom made Travel package in Indiaand that will
make your tour India a cherish able experience.
We not only books your itinerary and arranges the various modes of transportation,
but always helps you to save your money with early bookings discounts
special fares accommodation
detail and travel advisories.
There is no contract or an agreement between HCTI and the Client Guest until HCTI
has received the payment in accordance with the procedures laid
down under payment terms
and condition. The client
guest should study follow and abide by the terms and conditions
of HCTI and HCTI for any claim for
not understanding/ reading the same.
Reservations can be made by paying a deposit of INR 5000 or 20 %( whichever is higher)
per person prior to departure within the applicable time limit. All booking is subject to availability and applicable conditions .This deposit would be consumed against
the total tour cost.
All cheques / demand draft drafts / /Bank Transfers / credit cards Payments must
be made payable to Health Care & Tours India.
Bookings once confirmed by you are not amendable, transfer from one tour/ services
to another will be treated as cancellation and the relevant cancellation charges
will apply and fresh booking will have to be made.
In the case of cancellation the initial amount paid shall be forfeited and further
cancellation would be levied as per terms and conditions on the relevant services.
Refunds would be return in Rupees. The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
Obtaining Visa Passport shall be solely responsibility of the passenger who here by undertakes not to hold HCTI liable under any circumstances whatsoever for visa
not applied for refused and / or any delayed document and / or entries to/ from
the countries visited, for the sole responsibility to grant the travel documents
rests and vests with the authorities concerned. Without prejudice to the above preceding
clause an express notice is been given to all concerned by HCTI that they shall
only assist passengers in securing and obtaining the necessary travel documents
to the best of their ability.
We strongly recommend to our entire client participant to take travel insurance
but not limited to cancellation delays, loss of deposits, medical expenses, personal
accident, loss of baggage and personal effects.
All tours departures, flights, trains, hotels; itineraries are subject to change
with or without notice as they are based on current schedules of transportation
companies concerned.
All prices are subject to increase based on revision in fares and fluctuations in
the exchange rate or either hike in fuel etc.In such case of any increase passenger
will have to pay the differences.
Timings of conveyance are subject to change and consequently may be revised at any
time. The itinerary is subject to alteration before or during the tour with or without
notice.
HCTI does not take any responsibility for losses and additional expenses due to
delays or changes in air ,train,ships,or other services, missed connections sickness,weather,strike
quarantine or other causes however caused and all such loses and expenses caused
must be bone by the passenger.
HCTI shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person
traveling for any death, personal injury,sickness,accident,loss,delay,discomfort,increased
expenses, consequential losses, misadventure howsoever caused, any act omission,
default of independent contractor such as hotelier, hotel owner, owner of any air
lines, or shipping company,railway,coach owner, operator etc.or any person or by
any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision
of accommodation,refreshment,cxarriage facilities or services for the client or
for any other person traveling with him.
Each and every Party /or Passenger (herein after called client guest) shall deal
with HCTI on an express and specific condition and understanding not
withstanding any clause provision,custom,or usage,HCTI would not be responsible to in any manner whatsoever in connection with the. documentation,baggage,registration,reservation,transportation,insurance,accident,delay,cancellation,suspension,improper,arrangements
or any other eventuality
No complaint or claim of whatsoever nature and or any claim for damages shall be
entertained and or admitted for consideration if lodged with the company beyond
30 days of end of our services and beyond 7 days at the end of package tour services.
While every efforts has been made to insure that the information contained in the
HCTI brochures / website / is correct at time of going to their respective zone
for publication yet HCTI reserves the right to vary.amend,cancel,withdraw,change
Term's & condition:
(a) You should provide the entire
self medical history authenticated by your local Doctor to the Hospital and one
copy to HCTI.
(b)The entire package cost should
be paid in advance.
(c)You have to take full responsibility
to make payment in the event of cross referral or additional Diagnostic or Treatment
Facility availed by you other then specify in the medical packages.
(d) You should be paying your complete
estimated cost of treatment in advance to the said hospital and further under take
to pay the differences between the estimated cost and actual cost of treatment to
the said hospital if the situation warrants.
(e) You shall be abide by the country's
law.
(f)Would pay completely To HCTI for
all the logistic I would be using through them before leaving India.
(g) You must read and understand the
disclaimer policy properly before finalizing the treatment procedure in
India.
